The IMC Foundation is the non- profit educational arm of the Integrative Medical Clinic of Santa Rosa. Since 2000, the Foundation has provided educational opportunities for the general public, licensed healthcare providers, and alternative practitioners. Through our programs we currently offer innovative approaches that change the way people conceive of their own health.
Our Vision: A collaborative community supporting relationship-based integrative wellness and health for everyone.
Our Mission: We aim to change the way people conceive of and communicate about their health with each other, their doctors, their employers, and their community.
Our Imagine YOU… feeling good, being healthy! Program gives participants the opportunity to develop their own personal image of health that acts as a compass or personal logo that guides their health focus.
Our Patient Navigator Program: We co-sponsor the Patient Navigator Certificate Program at Sonoma State University.
Our Integrative Medicine Provider Training offers doctors, nurses, allied healthcare professionals, and alternative practitioners to deepen their understanding of relational medicine and the power of understanding their patients.
We engage with partners who share our passion for changing the health care landscape.
We are committed to offering culturally sensitive programs to all residents in Sonoma County.
The Integrative Medical Clinic Foundation was started in 2000 by Dr. Robert Dozor of the Integrative Medical Clinic of Santa Rosa. He, along with Pam Koppel LCSW, began the Foundation in order to help the general public and healthcare providers gain a better understanding of the effectiveness of Integrative Medicine and complementary approaches.
