Navigation Skills Training

We offer value-added skills training for those already doing some form of patient guidance, coaching, advocacy, or care coordination. Skills enhancement training includes Active Listening, Motivational Interviewing, and “Leave Your Agenda Behind” modules. These modules are available as single and multiple day seminars with didactic and experiential components. They are designed to be customized to your needs and can be made available at your site if needed.
